I was a fan of the show and like the chemistry between Ickabod and Abbey. I hated that she was killed off. When her character was killed off for me that’s when the show died. RIP Sleepy Hollow.

    1. Likewise. Abby was the reason I watched the show. She was one of the first Black female leads in a fantasy show.

After the creators killed her off, ,and then announced there would be a fourth season, a bunch of people decided that the fourth season was going to be the last season of that show. We were mad as hell and wanted to make the showrunners pay for what they did. Everybody who loved Abby boycotted the show. We completely ignored it. We didn’t mention it on our blogs, didn’t tweet about it, didn’t review it. And that was indeed the last season. So just know, you were not alone in your outrage.
