I personally am more than a little puzzled by Black people’s love for Game of Thrones, but I can attest to Arya Stark being a Black favorite, because she’s  one of my favorites. There are Black people watching and talking about this show, who aren’t even close to being TV geeks, and don’t watch anything else, with even the slightest hint of fantasy in it, but they’ll sit and binge watch GOT marathons, and then bitch about Daenerys being problematic, for  two and half  hours, just like any hardcore blerd.
